If Somali women can speak better English and are more confident speaking it, they will go out more and engage with other people and they will be able to create and build stronger relationships with other people from different communities.
We are well established and known within the Somali community and within the Southmead area of Bristol and we know many ladies who could benefit from those classes.
If ladies feel more confident, go out more and meet more people from different communities, they will be more able to engage in various community projects to improve local spaces and they will not be scare anymore to go to discover different places with their families.
