English Reading Competition Bristol

Southmead Somali Association (SSA) is facilitating English Reading Competition at Bristol 2025-2026 between 8 years old to 16 years old. Our organisation has a history of achievements in the care of children and underprivileged youth not only Somali background but Kurdish, Sudanese and Chinese. This project will involve children whose first language is not English, which we believe will significantly impact future generations’ excellence in schools.

The project will start winter half-terms up to summer school to allow children to compete in English language as well as create a support education during weekend for any others school subjects the Somali kids find challenging.
